| Implementation InstructionsInstallation 1. Before sealing, check the suitability for the use of the sealed container (pencil) and seals (integrity of the structure, no damage). 2. Put the valuables in a sealed container (Silkiper Penal) and close it. 3. Insert the PRK-1 seal into the sealing chamber hole to the point. 4. Check the reliability of the closure by trying to pull the seal PRK-1. 5. Enter the registration log (accompanying documents) number of the seal PRK-1 and, if necessary, information about the marking.Withdrawal 1. Verify the number and marking of the PRK-1 seal with the data entered in the registration log (accompanying documents). 2. Make sure there are no traces of opening or mechanical damage to the seal and container (Silkiper Penal). Pay attention to the plasticity of the material, color change, the presence of traces of thermal or chemical impact. 3. Break the check box of the PRK-1 seal and open the container (Silkiper Penal). 4. Remove the anchor of the PRK-1 seal from the sealing chamber, inspect for unauthorized effects, check the contents of the container (Silkiper foam). If there are no traces of opening, dispose of the anchor together with the flag. In case of detection of traces of opening the seal or signs of its destruction, removal must be carried out in the presence of a special commission with the preparation of a commercial act in the prescribed manner, or a general form act drawn up arbitrarily or in the manner prescribed by the organization using the sealing devices. Removed seals and executed documents are packed in an envelope and sent for expert research. The same action is necessary in the event of a deficiency. For the effective use of the product, it is necessary to develop a clear sealing procedure from the moment of purchase of sealing devices, installation on the facility and until their removal. This procedure should be established in a special regulation or other internal document. |
