Seals. “M Seal.” have a 7-digit serial number, marking SILTEK They vary in color. If necessary, an individual marking of the customer can be applied to the seal.

Before sealing, be sure to check the integrity of the material and components of the sealed devices!

Sealing sequence:

close the key lock of the door or put in the pencil case (safe container) items that need to be sealed;

close the lid of Revilasila, Revilasila Mini, Revilasila Maxi, Pencil for Keys, and for safe containers Keibag-M, Durapak and Envopak – lightning;

in a special sealing chamber, through the combined holes of the closed lid and the fixed part of the devices “Revilasil”, “Revilasil Mini”, “Revilasil Maxi”, “Penal for keys” (for safe containers “Cabag-M”, “Durapak” and “Envopak” combined holes of the slider (runner) of lightning and the fixed part of the sealing chamber after the closure of lightning) insert the seal “Envopolis” to the click in such a way that its number is seen;

write down the color, number and description of the additional marking of the installed seal in the registration log;

Removal of the seal “Envopolisil” is made manually, by breaking its rectangular marked flag.

Before removing the seal, visually make sure that there are no traces of its opening or mechanical damage. Pay attention to the presence of signs of thermal or chemical influence on the surface of the seal, traces of gluing at the fault site, the inreadability of the logo and the number of the seal. The fragment of the “anchor” of the seal is removed from the chamber of the sealed device, inspected for unauthorized effects and, in their absence, disposed of together with the seal.

Be sure to check the integrity of the material and components of sealing devices!

In case of detection of traces of opening of the seal or signs of its destruction, the removal of the seal must be carried out in the presence of a specially created commission with the preparation of a commercial act in the prescribed manner, or an act of general form drawn up arbitrarily or in the manner prescribed by the organization applying sealing devices. Sealed from the object seals and documents are packaged in an envelope and sent for expert research. The same actions must be performed in case of detection of a shortage of cargo, valuables.

It is used to control access to smart cards, keys for ATMs (collection), for office doors, from retail and warehouse premises, from safes and other cabinets and drawers, to other small-sized valuables.

Sealing of the device is made manually in the following order: the key closes the door lock, the device lid is closed with a light effort, then in a special sealing chamber formed by combined holes of the closed lid and the fixed part of the device, before clicking, the Envopolisil seal is inserted so that its number is visible. The number of the seal is recorded in the registration log.

The device is opened in the following order: the seal number is checked with the one recorded in the registration log, the device and the seal are checked for the absence of opening traces, then the Envopolisil seal is broken by a light force applied to its rectangular flag in the direction from the device. Then the lid of the device is opened with a light hand effort at an angle not exceeding 90 degrees, the key opens the door lock. After that, the cover of the device is closed (during the working day is in a closed, unsealed state). The fragment of the “anchor” of the seal is removed from the chamber of the sealed device, inspected for unauthorized effects and, in their absence, disposed of together with the seal.

When using the sealing device, it is strictly prohibited:

opening the cover at an angle of more than 90 degrees;

Leave the lid open during the working day;

use the cover of the sealing device as a lever for breaking the seal “Envopolisil”;

apply to the cover forces perpendicular to the opening plane.

With proper operation of the device, at least 2,500 openings and closures for the Revilasil device are guaranteed.

The visual sign of an attempt to open or reuse the seal “Envopolisil” is:

the presence of signs of thermal effects or traces of chemical reagents (adhesives) on the surface of the seal at the fault site; the inreadability of the logo and the number of the seal;
