IMP-2 MIG Highly sensitive SU indicator of the presence of an external magnetic field. It is designed to record the fact of the impact of an external magnetic field on various metering devices (electricity, heat, water, gas, etc.), as well as liquid flow meters, scales and other objects requiring control of the effect on them by a constant magnetic field.

Principle of action.
Two black control strips are applied to the olive color film. When exposed to the indicator by a magnetic field, the light background darkens and merges with the color of the control strips. The degree of color change depends on the intensity of the magnet and the time of exposure to the device.

Modifications.
IMP-2 MIG – indicator with SU sticker.
UTI MIG – indicator without SU sticker (for installation inside the devices).
IMP-2 MIG DUO – two indicators in one SU sticker.

 

Advantages

 

The unique design does not allow to restore the control image that disappeared during unauthorized exposure, and its simplicity simplifies the visual control of the indicator state.
• Registers attempts to influence permanent magnets (ferrite, alnico, neodymium, etc.) from any direction.
• High sensitivity in area and impact strength, so to monitor the condition of the measuring device is enough one indicator.
• Due to its small size and flexible housing, it is suitable for use on the rounded side surface of metering devices.
• The ability to install the indicator on the internal (without SU-sticker) or external surface of the metering device.
• The performance of the indicator is not affected by thermal and mechanical (pressing, shaking) effects. Wide temperature range of application.
Due to the SU sticker, it is impossible to remove or replace the indicator without leaving traces.
• Increased adhesive properties of the glue layer.
• A tear root on the SU sticker for the convenience of entering the indicator number in the certificate or registration log.
