Over the years of successful work, United Consolidating Center LLP has made a great contribution to ensuring the safety of the transported cargo during the transportation of goods in wagons and containers carried out by Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, both on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in intraroad traffic and outside the Republic of Kazakhstan in interstate traffic, laying a solid foundation in ensuring the safety of the transported cargo and traffic safety.
Our main activities:
Implementation of ZPU and TRC: We provide innovative solutions to ensure cargo safety through the use of sealing devices and indicator seals.
Automated ZPU accounting: We have developed and implemented software for automated accounting, storage, application and disposal of NCDs, which allows for strict control over their use. This system is actively used by manufacturers and is available via the Internet on the platform. www.zpu.kz.
Installation of ASCO PV: We are engaged in the introduction of automated systems for commercial inspection of trains and wagons (ASCO PV), which allows to increase the efficiency of inspections, increase the capacity of stations and reduce the time of delivery of goods.
Use of air mounting bags (pneumoshells): Introduction of modern technologies for fastening, fixing and separating cargoes in covered wagons using “pneumoshells”. These packages ensure the reliability of fastening and the safety of cargo during transportation.
Automated accounting system (ACS) ZPU
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we have developed a unique ZPU accounting system that allows manufacturers, shippers and carriers to keep accurate records of shut-off and sealing devices, as well as their disposal. The system is available over the Internet and allows users to manage data using logins and passwords.
We have implemented an electronic log for shippers to help track device usage and prevent them from being stolen or resold. This solution allows you to significantly reduce the cost of acquiring ZPU in the future.

Installation of ASCO PV
Since 2007, we have been actively engaged in the introduction of automated systems for commercial inspection of cars in Kazakhstan. These systems help to improve train safety, operational efficiency and cargo safety. More than 20 ASKO PV systems have already been installed at key stations, including Astana, Tobol, Khorgos and Zhetygen.
Air fasteners, or “pneumoshells”, are a simple and reliable means for fastening cargo in wagons, containers and cars. These packages have high strength, tightness and the ability to fill technological voids when transporting goods. All products are certified according to international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
